Welcome to Redline Custom Equipment, home of the Redline MP2000RSG and the MP2000DD Heavy Duty Waste Oil Transfer Pumps. Our MP2000RSG series pump has proven itself to be one of most versatile and affordable fluid transfer systems on the market today. It is capable of transferring waste motor oil, new motor oil, waste vegetable oil, diesel fuel, fuel oil, and antifreeze. It's flow rates are 4-6 GPM depending on the viscosity and temperature of your oil. Hydraulic oil will move at 6 GPM when it is above 50 degrees. 15w40 diesel engine oil will move at 4 GPM when it is above 50 degrees. It self primes with suction hoses up to 20 feet long. It will lift oil 15 feet. It has a built in pressure relief system and creates 40-45 psi. It is a very good pump to use on for transferring oil and on filtration systems. It is best to put any filters on the pressure side of the pump. It is rated for continuous duty. The MP2000RSG has a 2:1 speed reducer gear box that amplifies the power going to the pumping unit. This devise is what sets the MP2000RSG apart from all other pumps on the market. Pumps that run their pumping units at full motor speed do not work well for transfering heavy oils or on filtration systems where the pump will be run at full pressure (which is important to get the most life out of your replaceable filters.) When a fractional horse power motor is used on a gear pump, it is better to run it at half motor speed, like the MP2000RSG does. These pumps can be configured for most any application and have many accessories including filter assemblies, strainers, suction wands, oil resistant pressure hose, and suction hose. We will customize your order to fit your needs. Suction and pressure hose is available for these pumps in any length you may need. Suction hose is $1.50 per foot and oil resistant pressure hose is $2.60 per foot. The MP2000RSG uses 3/4" ID inlet and outlet hose. Suction wands with screens are $30.00. The MP2000F features a 1/3 HP Dayton 110 volt electric motor, a 2:1 speed reducer gear box, and a heavy duty cast iron pump with steel gears and an internal pressure relief system that puts out over 40 PSI. The filtration system features a 10 micron spin-on filter with a cast aluminum filter head. There in no pressure relief system in the filter head itself so no unfiltered oil can get past the filter element. With this system, you have the option of filtering or just transferring your oil. This is done by the use of 2 brass ball valves. One shuts the filter off and on and the other allows the flow of oil out of the pump to be sent to a bypass hose or to the filter. The filter elements for this system can be purchased at any auto parts store. We sell them as well for $7.00 each. The motor requires a 3000 watt power inverter to be run in remote areas. It draws 7.4 amps. This system is set up for use with 3/4" ID hose. We have suction hose for $1.50 per foot and oil resistant pressure hose for $2.60 per foot. The MP2000RSG Complete Waste Oil Filtration System incorporates a modular design with three main filtration components. First is the 40" long suction wand with a 400 micron screen that is placed into the oil source. Next is the 140 micron "High Capacity" cleanable strainer system. The element inside this strainer is taken out of the housing and is easily cleaned in solvent or diesel. The oil then goes through the pumping unit and out to the 10 or 30 micron spin on filter. This system has a dual ball valve system that allows the user to either filter or bypass the oil in the final stage. If you filter waste vegetable oil, the oil should be 140 degres in temperature. If your collecting WVO, the oil can bypass the final filter. If your collecting waste motor oil that is below 40 degrees in temperature, you would want to bypass the oil past the final filter. The final filter is a cleanable 10 or 30 micron aluminum and stainless steel unit that is a great alternative to expensive replaceable elements. The filter can be used with the 10 micron or the 30 micron element. If filtering down to 10 microns, your waste vegetable oil needs to be at least 140 degrees in temperature or the filter will plug after just a few gallons. Colder WVO is to thick to flow through this filter. Heating the oil is a must. We have barrel heaters for $225.00. Motor oil can be filtered without heating as long as the oil is warmer 40 degrees.
