Welcome to Redline Custom Equipment, home of the Redline MP2000RS Heavy Duty Waste Oil Pump. Our MP2000RS has proven itself to be one of most versatile and affordable fluid transfer systems on the market today. It is capable of transferring waste motor oil, new motor oil, waste vegetable oil, diesel fuel, fuel oil, and antifreeze. It self primes with long suction hoses 30 feet or longer. It will lift oil over 20 feet. It has a built in pressure relief system and creates 28-30 psi. It is a very good pump to use on filtration systems. You can put several filters inline and the pump has plenty of power to draw or push the oil through them. It is rated for continuous duty. The MP2000RS pump can transfer very cold waste oil that is stored outside during the winter. These pumps can be configured for most any application and have many accessories including mechanical meters for diesel or biodiesel, filter assemblies, pick-up tubes, oil resistant pressure hose, suction hose, and strainers. We will customize your order to fit your needs. Suction and pressure hose is available for these pumps in any length you may need. The MP2000RS uses 3/4" ID inlet and outlet hose. This is our MP2000F Waste Oil Filtration System. It features the MP2000RS transfer pump and a 10 micron replaceable spin-on filter system mounted on the outlet side of the pump. This filter can be either a replaceable paper type filter (10 or 3 micron) or a cleanable stainless steel/aluminum filter (10, 22, or 30 micron). This system should be used with a strainer on the inlet side of the pump to protect the gears and extend the life of the filter. We carry a 50 mesh (300 micron) strainer system and it costs $45.00. The 10 micron replaceable filters can be purchased at any auto parts store and we also sell them for $7.00 each (a 10 micron filter will last for about 40-50 gallons of WVO with a strainer installed). We carry the 3 micron filters and they cost $8.50 each. The 30 micron cleanable filter costs $149.00 and the 22 micron cleanable filter costs $199.00. We now have 10 micron cleanable filters for this system for $159.00. This system will self prime and can be used with long inlet hoses 25 feet long or longer. It has a filter bypass system that allow the user to transfer cold veggie oil without running it through the filter. You should warm WVO to at least 90 degrees to filter it if using a paper type replaceable cartridge filter (unless it has settled out and all the water and fats are on the bottom of the barrel). A cleanable filter is a very good idea if filtering WVO. Cleanable filters allow the user to filtrate WVO at cooler temperatures and since they are cleanable, you don't have to buy replacements. |

This is the Redline Complete Waste Oil Filtration System featuring a 10 micron cleanable waste oil filter (a 30 micron cleanable element is also available- add $50.00 for the extra element). The system includes the MP2000RS transfer pump, a 50 mesh (300 micron) cleanable waste oil strainer system (this is the black canister on the right hand side of the pump), a 10 micron (absolute rating) cleanable waste oil filter with mounting head and bypass valve, and a 40" long adjustable 2" bung adapter-suction tube that allows the user to position the suction end of the tube (which has a screen on it) at a predetermined height in the barrel. This helps avoid the water and debris that has settled to the bottom of the barrel. This complete system works well for collecting and filtering waste oil. You can bypass the filter when collecting used oil by opening the bypass valve and shutting off the filter head. A plug is provided for this. The system comes with the hoses needed for the suction side to connect the barrel to the pump. Oil resistant outlet hose is $2.00 per foot and additional suction hose is $1.50 per foot.
