Our MP2000DD features many of the same heavy duty parts as our MP2000RS such as a Dayton 1/3 HP 110 volt electric motor and a cast iron pumping unit with steel gears The main difference is this pump is a direct drive unit. The motor and pump turn at the same speed. This pump has an internal pressure relief system (pressure output is 30 to 35 PSI) and can be used with trigger nozzles. It can also be used with filter systems. Filters should be mounted on the suction side of the pump. It is suitable to transfer motor oils up to 15w40, WVO, and diesel. The motor oil should be at least 50 degrees in temperature. WVO can be transferred at temps down to 40 degrees with this pump. This pump is perfect for users who have large or small quantities of oil, WVO, or diesel to transfer and need a pump that is self primeing, easy to use, and dependable. It can transfer motor oil at up to 6 gallons per minute and diesel at 10 gallons per minute. WVO transfer rates are 7 to 9 GPM depending on it's temperature. This unit is $199.00 + $25.00 shipping. Our MP2000DD pump configured with a water block filter system is our most economical waste oil/diesel filtration system. It works great for transfer or filtration. If you want to move oil without filtering it, you just remove the filter element. The special filter on this system absorbs water that is suspended in the oil. The removeable clear bowl has a drain valve on the bottom of it to drain water or sediment that is collected. This system is self primeing. The filter elements are $11.00 each and we stock them.
