Here is our MP3000EX Heavy Duty 15 GPM 110 Volt Waste Oil Transfer System. This system has a 1 HP Leeson 1800 RPM 110 volt electric motor. This system is designed for use with oil above 45 degrees in temperature. For cold oil transfer, see the MP4000RSG pictured below. The pumping unit on the MP3000EX is a heavy duty Rotodel cast iron rotary gear head with 3/4" NPT ports in and out. This unit is designed for fast oil transfer or filtration and should only be used with 1" ID hose or larger. It's pumping unit has an adjustable pressure relief system so you can adjust your output pressure when filtering oil. This unit can put out up to 100 PSI so you will be able to filter oil with more pressure than most other pumps. This is important if longer filter life is expected. Longer filter life means less money spent on replacement filters! This pump has Viton seals so it can be used with biodiesel, vegetable oil, motor oil, mineral oil, silicone oil, and diesel. The MP3000EX is self primeing. To make pumping oil easier, we have the 1" Hose Kit with two 10 foot oil resistant hoses, a complete set of quick couplers with caps and plugs, and a 42" suction wand with a built in 16 mesh screen. The hose kit is a great idea since it eliminates having to use hose barbs and clamps. Our 1" Hose Kit is $229.00 + $25.00 shipping. The wand protects the pump from harmful debris that is common in waste oil. A suction wand with a 16 mesh screen by itself is $35.00. If longer hoses are required, add $3.25 per foot. If the pump is to be used to suck waste oil from a container and you can't use a suction wand, we recommend our "High Capacity" Suction Strainer that features a cleanable screen. This strainer is mounted on the side of the pump and can be taken apart and cleaned when it is full of debris. A cleanable strainer with a mounting system is $125.00 + $15.00 shipping. This system can also be used with our 10 micron filter system. This 10 micron filter system has dual ball valves so you can filter the oil or you can shut the filter off and run unfiltered oil out the other side of the filter bar. The 10 micron filter system is $125.00 + $15.00 shipping. We can put two filter heads in series with this system so you can run a 10 micron and a 3 micron filter at the same time. The extra 3 micron filter and head costs $50.00. Pressure gauges are $15.00 each. The MP3000EX is $779.00 + $75.00 shipping to the lower 48 states. Call 1-605-881-3473 to order with your credit card.

The Extreme Duty MP4000RSG Rotodel 3/4 HP Baldor Transfer Pump- Moves All Types of Oil Even In Cold Weather- $929.00 + $75.00 Shipping. Call 1-605-881-3473 to Order. |

This is the 16 GPM MP4000RSG Rotodel Extreme Duty 3/4 HP Baldor Transfer Pump which features a reduced speed Industrial Grade 110 volt electric motor. This transfer pump has the power to transfer most any type of oil, even when it's freezing cold! You can expect flow rates of around 12 GPM with freezing cold motor oil. (Actual flow rate will vary with the type of oil and suction hose length.) The 1" Port Rotodel gear type pumping unit is self primeing and is to be used with 1" or larger hose. This system also features an adjustable internal pressure relief system that allows the use of filters, ball valves, and trigger nozzles on the pressure side of the pump while the pump is running and full of fluid. The motor on this pump is a totally enclosed/fan cooled unit that can be used outdoors. It is totally sealed so dirt and water stay out of the motor. It has an 11 gauge solid steel mounting frame with a 3/16" steel carry handle. The frame system has a high quality red powder coat to protect it from the elements and corrosion. This system is ideal for cold oil transfer. The motor on this pump runs at a slower speed than most other motors you will find on transfer pumps. A standard motor turns at 1800 rpm. Pumps with motors turning at 1800 rpm are good for oil that is above 50 degrees in temperature and not heavier than 15w40. This purpose built transfer pump has a motor that runs at 1140 rpm. By reducing the speed of the motor you enable the unit to transfer oil that is much heavier and thicker. When waste oil gets cold, it gets thick. Running a thick, cold oil through a gear head that is turning at 1800 rpm is not only hard on the pump and motor, it doesn't flow very fast. Using a reduced speed pump to transfer cold oil is the best way to get the maximum flow and not put your system at risk of failure. Keeping the suction line short is also a must when transferring cold oil. Keeping the suction line 10 feet long or shorter is best to ensure a fast flow. Accessories for this system are the suction wand with debris screen for $35.00 or a complete 1" oil resistant hose kit which includes two 10 foot hoses, a full set of cam lever quick couplings, and suction wand with debris screen for $229.00. We also offer a "High Capacity" Cleanable Suction Strainer for the suction side of the pump for $125.00. The strainer is required when the pump is connected to a oil source that prohibits the use of a suction wand that has the debris screen. For example, sucking oil out of the bottom of a tank through an existing drain hole, underground tanks, sucking gear lube out of a gear box with a small opening, or when sucking oil from a tall container in room with a short ceiling, like a basement with a heating oil tank in it that needs to be drained. This system is $929.00 + $75.00 Shipping. Call 1-605-881-3473 to order. David L. Miller
