Here is our MP5000-65G which features a 6.5 HP Briggs and Stratton gasoline powered engine or a 5.5 HP Honda Engine and a 20 GPM heavy duty cast iron pumping unit with steel gears with 1" inlet and outlet ports. This unit has a belt and pulley drive system, a heavy duty solid steel frame with mounting holes and safety shield. It also has a full set of cam lever quick coulpers, a 48" suction wand with built in screen, and two 12 foot hoses. This unit is designed for collecting, filtering, or transferring petroleum based liquids and waste vegetable oil. It cannot be used to transfer any flammable liquids like gasoline! It has a powerful suction force that will self prime and has a 19 foot lift capacity. It's cast iron pumping unit has an adjustable pressure relief system that can create up to 125 PSI. The relief flow can be internally or externally ported. This system can be used to transfer motor oil or vegetable oil in cold temperatures (below 40 degrees). The engine can slow the pumping unit down which prevents cavitation in the oil source. This is done by simply reducing the speed of the engine with the adjustable throttle. The MP4000EXG Rotodel 24 GPM Honda Powered Waste Oil Transfer System uses a large 1" cast iron pumping unit with steel gears. This system features a 2:1 speed reduction system controlled by a centrifugal clutch. It starts easy and has a lot of power for any type of oil transfer job. These types of pumps are very good at self primeing. This gear head has large 1" inlet and outlet ports which allows the oil to flow fast, especially when it is cold (below 50 degrees). Suction lines need to be kept as short as possible when moving cold oil to ensure a fast flow rate. The large ports also work well with heavy oils like 15w40 on up to the heaviest gear lube. This system is used with 1" ID or larger inlet and outlet hose. (See our system with a hose kit below if you want a complete set-up.) 1" ID hose is the smallest hose that will work with this pump. The Rotodel pumping unit has an adjustable pressure relief system. This means it can create pressure against a filter system at the desired pressure rating up to 125 PSI. The pumping unit has an adjustment bolt on the back of the head that sets the pressure up or down. The seals in the pump head are Viton. The MP4000EXG Complete Honda Powered Waste Oil Transfer System features a 5.5 HP Honda engine, a 1" port Rotodel 24 GPM cast iron gear pump, a 2:1 speed reduction system controlled by a centrifugal clutch, and a heavy duty 3/16" plate steel frame. The MP4000EXG is designed for moving most any type of oil, even when it is thick and cold. The centrifugal clutch is a very important feature this pump offers. Since the clutch is speed sensitive, the pumping unit does not engage unitil the unit has started. This means easy starting for the operator! This unit is self primeing and is used with hose 1" or larger. This system includes a 1" hose kit that has two 10 foot oil resistant hoses, a full set of cam lever quick couplers, and a suction wand with a 400 micron screen.
