Here is our MP5000-65G which features a 6.5 HP Briggs and Stratton gasoline powered engine and a 20 GPM heavy duty cast iron pumping unit with steel gears and 1" inlet and outlet ports. This unit has a belt and pulley drive system, a heavy duty solid s teel frame with mounting holes and safety shield. It also has a full set of cam lever quick coulpers, a 48" suction wand with built in screen, and two 12 foot hoses. This unit is designed for collecting, filtering, or transferring petroleum based liquids and waste vegetable oil. It cannot be used to transfer any flammable liquids like gasoline! It has a powerful suction force that will self prime and has a 19 foot lift capacity. It's cast iron pumping unit has an adjustable pressure relief system that can create up to 125 PSI. The relief flow can be internally or externally ported. This system can be used to transfer motor oil or vegetable oil in cold temperatures (below 40 degrees). The MP5000-65G gasoline powered waste oil transfer system uses a large cast iron pumping unit with steel gears. These types of pump are very good at self primeing with long inlet hoses. This is important because you can't always get real close to the oil supply and a long suction hose will likely be needed. It is easier to roll out the hose than move the pump closer to the source. This pump head has large 1" inlet and outlet ports which allows the oil to flow fast, especially when it is cold (below 40 degrees). The large ports also work well with heavy oils like 15w40 on up. The system is used with 1 1/2" inlet and outlet hose. This is a must when moving colder oil that flows slower than warm oil. This pumping unit also has an adjustable pressure relief system. This means it can create pressure against a filter system at the desired pressure rating up to 125 PSI (note:pressure hose will be needed if using a filter system that is not attached directly to the units outlet port). The unit has an adjustable bolt on the back of the head that sets the pressure up or down. The seals in the pump head are Viton and it has a roller bearing on the drive shaft.

The MP5000-55GHES features a 5.5 hp electric start Honda engine. It has a 14 foot power cable with battery clamps you hook to a battery to start it. All of the other features are the same as the model with the Briggs and Stratton system. It has a frame designed for use on trailers or it can be mounted on trucks with flatbeds. It has 2 heavy duty angle irons on each end of the frame with two 5/16" holes that allows it to be bolted to mobile vehicles. This is necessary to prevent the unit from tipping over or falling off the vehicle. It is very important that a gas engine stays upright to prevent engine flooding. The system has a belt and pulley drive system that is protected by a 14 gauge steel shield. This is an important safety feature and it also protects the pulley system from damage in a working environment where heavy items are moved around.
