Here is our 10 Micron Cleanable Filter System that features a cleanable stainless steel filter element that can be cleaned
and reused. This system eliminates the need to buy replaceable elements so it pays for itself over time. The filter system is shown mounted to our filtration pump, the MP3000RSG. These filter systems (which include the filter housing, cast iron filter head, cleanable element, and tee handle) are sold for $250.00. The cleanable filter system is shown on the MP3000RSG pump with it's mounting system and ball valves for demonstration purposes and are not included in the price. The 10 Micron Cleanable Filter System can be taken apart and the stainless steel element can be cleaned. There is a tee handle on the top of the filter you unscrew to remove the filter bowl. The stainless steel element inside is then washed in solvent, diesel, or dishwasher detergent. Then you air dry the element with compressed air. This filter element is open on both ends and cylindrical. Unlike pleated cleanable filter elements, these cylindrical element can be cleaned easily. And you can see all the dirt and debris your catching on the outside of the element. The epen ends make it easy to run your cleaning fluid inside the filter element and wash the element from the inside out. When you air dry the element, compressed air is blown through the element from the inside through the screen. This helps dry the screen and blows away any residue.
