This is the MP4000EX 1 1/2 HP Heavy Duty Waste Oil/Bulk Oil Transfer System that features a 1 1/2 HP Marathon (Made in USA) 110 volt electric motor and a large Rotodel 3/4" port 20 GPM cast iron gear head with steel gears. This system is heavy duty and Made in the USA! It is self primeing, has an on/off switch, a 7.5 foot long 12 gauge power cord, and a heavy duty 11 gauge steel frame. The MP4000EX will transfer waste motor oil, bulk oil, hydraulic oil, antifreeze, fuel oil, and many other non-flammable automotive fluids. This pump is designed for oil up to 15w40 and at least 45 degrees in temperature. For colder oil, we have the MP4000RSG. This pump does have a pressure relief system. The motor draws 15.5 amps and the pump will lift oil 18 feet. This system can be purchased with or without our 1" hose kit which features two 10 foot 1" ID oil resistant hoses (we can make the hoses longer for an extra $6.00 per foot). A 3/4" to 1" steel adapter kit for $65.00 is required when using the hose kit or other accessories. The hoses come with a full set of cam lever quick couplings with caps and plugs on each hose end, a 42" long suction wand with debris screen, an outlet spout, and a set of couplers for each pump port. The heavy duty hose kit is $350.00 + $60.00 shipping. We can add a cleanable "High Capacity" suction strainer to this system. The strainer works great for cleaning the oil of finer suspended debris, like 300 to 600 micron, you don't want going into other waste oil tanks or barrels. The strainer is also necessary if you can't use the suction wand with the debris screen. For example, if your sucking oil out of a valve or a tank with a smaller hole in the top. This system will transfer any type of oil even when it's out in the cold, including gear oil!! This is our 110 Volt MP5000RS Baldor 1.5 HP 20 GPM Transfer Pump (can also be wired for 220 volt). It draws just 12.4 amps so it will run easily on a wall outlet. It is designed to be used as a fast transfer pump for waste oil, bulk oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, diesel, antifreeze, vegetable oil, or any other non-flammable automotive fluid. It is a very powerful pump and works well for tough oil transfer jobs. Like collecting cold or thick oil! The MP5000 Baldor features a 1" port self primeing gear head that has steel 90 degree 1" female inlet and outlet adapters standard. This system can be used with long inlet and outlet hoses. We have a 1" hose kit available for this system. It features two 10 foot long Heavy Duty Oil Resistant hoses (we can make them longer if needed- add $6.00 per foot pressure and $4.00 per foot suction). The hose kit also has a 42" long suction wand w/16 mesh screen, a full set of cam lever quick couplers with caps and plugs on each hose end, an outlet spout, and a set of quick couplers for the pump ports. The 1" heavy duty hose kit is $350.00 + $60.00 shipping. The screen attached to the end of the suction wand protects the gear head and strains out debris you don't want in your holding tanks. We can also put on a "High Capacity" suction strainer on the inlet port to clean the oil as you transfer and a 10 micron replaceable element filter system on the discharge port. A good idea if your burning the oil in a waste oil heater. It will extend the life of the replaceable filters going to the heater and you just clean the strainer element when it gets dirty. No replacements to buy when using our suction strainers. The 10 micron filter can be purchased anywhere filters are sold. The Fram filter for this system is PF-47. The strainer is $195.00 and the 10 micron filter system is $210.00. The suction wand will fit into any 2" bung on barrels or tanks. This is our MP4000EX-ST Waste Oil Transfer/Filtration System that features the MP4000EX Transfer Pump. It has a 20 GPM cast iron pumping unit with helical steel gears, a Lincoln 1.5 HP electric motor (Made in USA) that draws 15.5 amps (220 volt capable), a heavy duty 11 gauge steel frame, and an on/off power switch with a 7 1/2' foot power cord. The filtration system features two "High Capacity" cleanable suction strainers with Viton seals. The cleanable stainless steel filter elements are 300 micron and 600 micron standard. Other micron sizes are available as well. The are 150, 180, and 1100 micron. We can install any combination of elements. An oil resistant hose kit (sold seperately) is also available for this system. It features two 10 foot oil resistant hoses, a full set of cam lever quick couplers, and a suction wand with 16 mesh screen. Add $350.00 + shipping for the hose kit.
