This is our MP2000DD 12 Volt DC Transfer Pump which features a Continuous Duty Dayton 12 Volt DC motor which can operate from 12 to 24 volts. It draws 15 amps. This unit can be used with oil up to 15w40 at 50 degrees. Heavier oil cannot be transferred with this unit. It works great with hydraulic oil and diesel. This pump does not have a duty cycle like cheap pumps you may have gotten stuck with in the past. Pump as long as you need without worry. This unit works best when it is run off of a vehicles battery with the vehicle running. It can also be run off of a loose battery that has a good charge. This unit is self primeing. It features the same heavy duty cast iron gear head as our 110 volt model. It moves oil at 10 GPM. The system comes with a 10 foot long heavy duty power cord with battery clamps to attach to your battery. The gear head is a 1/2" port unit. We suggest using 1" hose with this pump for fastest flow. This is our 1" port gear head which moves oil at 24 GPM. It can be mounted to motors that are 3/4 HP and larger and run at speeds from 1140 to 1800 rpm. It comes with a heavy duty mounting bracket and a 5/8" drive coupler. This unit mounts to motors with a 56 frame. It is self primeing and it is used with 1" ID hose minimum.
