We now have a Complete 2" Reinforced Hose Kit available for this system. The MP6000-GH60SS features the same mounting platform as the model with the wheel kit only this model has four legs with angled feet for mounting. It can be bolted to any flat surfce with four 3/8" bolts. This system is perfect for a mobile oil collection operation where a fast pumping system is needed that can be bolted to a trailer and taken from site to site. The gas engine eliminates the need for 110 volt power which most other pumps need. And, at 60 GPM, you'll be moving a 55 gallon barrell every minute the pump runs. No need to wait all day to move your oil. The 9 HP Honda engine starts easily, runs smooth, and the gear head runs quietly. Not loud like you would assume. At least for the amount of oil it's moving every minute. It is ideal for thick or cold oils stored in outside containers. This system is designed for the thickest, coldest fluid you can put through it. It's 2" gear head runs at 600 RPM. The perfect speed for an industrial gear pump this large. This pump has a 9 HP Honda engine with built in 6:1 gear speed reduction and an industrial strength large 70 pound cast iron gear head with large helical steel gears. Here is our 9 HP MP6000-GH60 60 GPM Honda Gas Powered Transfer Pump which can transfer waste oil, bulk oil, or liquid animal feeds like molasses. It features a 9 HP Honda engine, a 2" port 60 GPM cast iron rotary gear head, and a heavy duty steel service cart w/13 " flat free tires. This heavy duty system is best for moving cold or thick liquids even when they are freezing cold. This system requires 2" inner diameter hose. We have a 2" reinforced hose kit available for this system which includes two 25 foot hoses, a full set of cam lever quick couplers with caps and plugs, a 48" long suction wand with a 30 mesh (600 micron) debris screen, and outlet spout. The wands screen protects the gear head from any debris that is in the waste oil and also fits into any 2" barrel or tank bung hole. The hose kit makes using the system much easier since you can plug the pump ports and the hoses so no oil spills when you move them around. This is important when dealing with large hoses.
